Delete inside Trio
- Open Trio and choose Settings.
- Find Online ladder.
- Choose Delete ladder data and confirm.
This immediately removes your generated handle, submitted results, transcripts, and public rankings and revokes every linked device credential. The deletion applies to every device using the shared Player ID. Local statistics and purchases are not deleted.
If you cannot open the app
Email trio@baltzer.eu with your generated handle and, if available, the random player ID shown by Trio. Do not send passwords, store-account details, or payment information. Because Trio does not collect an email address, additional proof from the original app installation may be needed to prevent someone else from deleting your identity.
Retention after deletion
A non-public random-ID and revoked-credential tombstone is retained for no more than 30 days for security and reliable retry handling. Security audit events are retained for no more than 90 days and are unlinked from the player ID after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
